[Case Study] Significant Reduction of Wiring Man-Hours with Fixtures
No need for binding and fixing work with binding bands! Case study on the introduction of flexible wiring tubes.
At Company T, which manufactures various control panels and distribution boards, they have recently received an order for mass production items and are considering reducing labor hours. In this context, they have considered using our wiring flexible tubes for production. In the previous method, wires were either routed in an L-shape and secured with cable ties or wired using wiring ducts. By using flexible tubes this time, the work was completed simply by "inserting the wires into the tube on the workbench" and "attaching them to the pre-installed fixtures." This has been evaluated as having a significant effect on reducing labor hours. Additionally, eliminating the exposure of wires has contributed to preventing damage and improving appearance. [Overview] ■ Issues - As this is a mass-produced model, we want to reduce labor hours and increase production efficiency. - We want to minimize the exposure of wires as much as possible. ■ Requests - We would like you to propose products that lead to labor hour reductions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
